I think i have a powervamp 25 in my gti6 track car. It seems to retain charge pretty well, although i use the kill switch whenever the car is parked so theres no parasitic drains on it, i also remove the battery over winter to keep it out of the cold weather and keep it on a battery conditioner.

Mine seems plenty good enough to crank over the engine and burst into life quickly, although i don't tend to start the car un-necessarily incase i drain the battery too much.

Mine is still going strong after 2 and a bit years of use. Thumbs up

Did you buy one?

(genuine question as I'm interested to know how you find it - I'm not BuzzLightBeer)

    Thanks for nothing.

I'm trying to compare the PVR 22 Clubsport (@£49) and the Odyssey PC680 (@£99).

The PVR 22 appears to be Powervamps own branded copy version of the PC680.

Spec wise in fact the Clubsport at half the price appears to be better.

    Odyssey PC680:
    18Ah
    Dimensions 185 x 79 x 170mm
    CCA 265A
    Peak 680A
    Weight 7.0kg

    PVR (PowerVamp Racing) 22 Clubsport:
    20Ah
    181 x 76 x 166mm
    CCA 300A
    Peak 700A
    Weight 6.5kg

I've got the pc680, but cheap at £72. Only bought it a couple of weeks ago when JJC had a sale.

    Try battery mega store
