I have to return abroad for a while and don't know when I will get back. I was going to put the car in my garage but don't think I want it to sit for too long. I am therefore considering selling.
It's r reg phase 2 with 110k miles.
New clutch cable, engine and gearbox oil, filter, plugs.
Drilled, groovy discs up front.
Cam belt and water pump done 2000 ago.
Air con removed including dash changed for non aircon model.
Abs removed and new brake lines throughout with bias valve under bonnet.
Rich w rollers on front
Bbm solid beam mounts with xsara arms and 21mm bars lowered 30mm
Bbm top engine mounts and solid bottom mount
Alloy crank pulley
Bilstein b4 shocks front and back 30mm lowering springs on front
Interior completely refurbed and looks great ( seat are very good)
Body work shines up well but has a few age related marks
Unfortunately only a few weeks mot left but the only thing that MAY need doing is a couple of tyres. I will try to get this done if I get time.
I renewed ball joints, top mounts, stainless brake lines and fitted stronger pinch bolts and rear suspension bolts 2000 miles ago.
K and N air filter in standard air box
Crystal headlights
Really nice updated ice, kenwood mp3 head unit, jbl and infinity speakers.
All in all a great example with some nice mods to make a very stable, complete car or good basis for a track machine.
Very little rust was found as I did the work.
I will try to get it clean enough for some good pictures in the next few days but in the meantime you can see my project thread to see the engine bay and how good the underside is.
Of course open to sensible offers.
