Looking good mate, how have you made sure that the wheels are parallel to the body with out 4 wheel alignment? Lots of measuring I assume, going to look awesome with the maxi kit and a full on cage

I see they supply fiberglass panels but can't see a maxi kit that they supply? Unsure

Anyone know what their fiberglass doors are like?

Its special order and not on their website, the kit is from the same people they get the doors from, they are very good as got a set with my BTCC car aswell as a bonnet and boot.

Phone them and speak to Greg and he will sort you out.Thumbs up

it wont be easy but the clio has a nice flat piece where the tank is and will measure off the seat rails on the 306 so should be able to get it square! As you say lots of measuring!

just waiting for the kit so we can make sure the wheel sit right in the arches and get the ride height right, it should arrive any day now!

Well the Clio v6 takes care of that at the rear, but at the front not sure yet?

Yeah I've been searching for a tried and tested method of widening the front, other than dimma bits, without having silly offset wheels.

There was a thread suggesting Citroen dispatch driveshafts, I have access to a scrap Expert so might pull the shafts out and see what they're like.

Yeah I wont need driveshafts at the front so Im hoping to gain some extra track by widening the wishbones etc similar to how they do on a Dimma, will out on here how I do it though wont be for a while as sorting the rear first.

Of course you won't need driveshafts Doh

Should be slightly easier then, looking forward to seeing the outcome

Iirc Peugeot boxter vans use the same length wishbones as the dimma items, I believe it's the earlier models that have the same set up and the later ones have the ball joints built in !
Steering rack extensions are easy to make, all you will have to do is either get the McPherson adaptors from dimma to push the top mount outboard or use adjustable ones.
Are you going to use just the outer cv joints to hold the wheel bearings and hubs together?

Yes will use some outer joints to hold the bearings together, that's all Renault did on the Clio!

I have a 2004 boxer van and cant see how it would be off them? maybe the Expert? I know people use the p bushes off the partner van.

Well the body kit arrived today!

so had to stick it on just to see how it looks.

Going to need massive suspension drop on the front! and maybe cut the inner arches out in order to get in low enough!

the back sits nice and should be about the right height when it is set on the floor.

using the Clio front wheels on the rear and the offset is perfect, just need bigger tyres on it.

This is going to be epic!
Just out of interest, how will you be fixing the rear arches on? Ive always wondered how they are fixed strong enough so the filler doesn't crack. Something like tiger seal around all the edges?
