Matt - I had this only a little ago.
The problem on the passenger side will be the hub nut needing slightly nipping up.
I know they are locked with a cage and pin but they do loosen ever so slightly to cause this 12-6 play...
To get rid of it though, you will need to jack up the car, remove wheel, pin and cage then fit the spare wheel. Drop it back onto the floor. Get someone to put their foot on the brake and in 6th gear and then get a long breaker bar, preferably with a scaffold pole over the end of it and nip the nut up a tiny bit. Your play will be gone, then just put the cage, pin and cyclone back on and you're done.
