Hi guys,

Well the time has come to sell my very much loved phase 1 Peugeot 306 Gti-6.
Year is 1997 (P) and color is Diablo red.

Mileage is currently 93,623 and will have a little use until it is sold.
MOT until 22nd Dec 2013
Tax until June 2014

Car comes with 2 sets of keys, V5, All previous MOT's to date, and Peugeot service record for the first 4 years until I acquired the vehicle, where I did most the servicing myself and have lots of receipts and bills for any parts or work carried out that I was unable to do myself.

I have owned this car from December 2001 and mileage was 41,000 so the car is fairly low mileage for the year.
Number of previous owners is 3.

car is in pretty good condition for it's age but it's not perfect, Some light scratches here and there and stone chip to the front bumper and bonnet. There is a 10" scratch on the near side behind the drivers door that some git did a few months ago while I have touched in with some diablo paint and only shows if you are looking for it and does not show in the pictures Sad
Drivers seat upper bolster has a bit of wear.
I had the lower bolster repaired a few years ago and re-trimmed the base with Alacantara which is in good condition still although the Alacantara seems to have faded a bit.

Car drives and goes very well and all electrics are working fine and the car is very reliable. My job during the summer months is pretty much 7 days a week I have not had a single problem with the car in that time.

Exterior modifications:
Color coded front and rear bumpers, Side skirts, Phase 3 rub strips, and rear spoiler. Car come with a set of standard silver 15" Cyclone alloy wheels fitted with 195/55/15 tyres.

Interior modifications:
Momo Millenium steering wheel, Richbrook handbrake handle and alloy gear knob.
Lockwood white dials with red leds, Door switches have red leds as well, and interior lighting has been upgraded to led bulbs as well.

Audio:
Car comes with a Pioneer DEH-6400BT head unit which has an SD slot in the rear, USB which is routed into the top glovebox, a front aux connection, and Bluetooth with mic wired up for hands free calling.
Comes with original box, manuals, face plate case, and removal keys.
Car is fitted with INFINITY Reference 6532i 6.5" 180W speakers front and rear.

Mechanical:
Car is lowered 30mm all round and fitted with Eibach Pro springs up front, GE Quickshift, alloy lower crank pulley, Pipercross Viper enclosed induction kit, Upper strut brace, Silver painted intake manifold, and Ferodo DS2500 pads fitted up front.

New Valeo clutch, clutch cable, seals, and gear oil, gearbox mount replaced in March 2012.
New cambelt and waterpump replaced August 2010 by CG Cars (78,480 miles)
Heater matrix replaced September 2010.
Replaced the whole front and rear suspension, refurbed rear beam and new torsion bars June 2009.

At the start of this year I replaced, Battery with a Bosch silver S5 battery, New starter motor, New drivers side window regulator, Rear disks and pads, and new power steering pump in September 2012.

Most maintenance and servicing has been carried out by myself.

Here's the pictures taken today 17/10/13...

Looking for £995
Any questions, please ask.

Also have some spare parts and fluids that I will include in the sale if the buyer wants them.

Thanks for looking guys.
- Mark Smile

I think so too but can't sit on it for long as I have another car on the way and have permit parking around my way as well Sad

What would you guys say it's worth if I had more time? I was thinking £1200

I have just listed it on dreaded ebay just now as well which I never thought I would do so if anyone want a pretty tidy phase 1 then have a look

My ebay advert

Maybe I will just go with egay and whatever it makes, it makes Sad

You are more than welcome to come and have a look though if it's not good news.

I'll consider my options. I'd love another P1. Unfortunately given my age anything remotely modified is a no-no though.

It's only really lowered and induction that is really modified as far as insurance goes really but age will probably be the main concern.
Ah to be in my 20's again! LOL

Ouch on the insurance and I remember when I bought my 6 in 2001,
I was 27 and on fully standard car fully comp for my first year I paid £1500 Shock
Second year almost halved, then its been around £300-£350 for me since Smile
