Lovely car there, we are looking at getting something very similar next summer. Did you test drive anything else at all, such as the A4/C-class?

Thing I love about BMW's, apart from their great engines and build quality, is how planted they feel when you get the boot down. Literally feels like you're being sucked into the ground, not that many cars offer this.

Must admit, I'm not a massive fan of the estate in that generation. But its pleasant enough looking.

You've got yourself a nice car mate Thumbs up

A mate had a 330i before his 330d. Yeah it wasnt great on fuel but was a damn slight better than my X-Type 3.0. Better than most 6 cylinder engines tbh. Yes

Yippee!

Got it home today!

An awesome car that handles fantastically! Now I've had a direct comparison between the 2 on the same day/roads I simply cannot believe how bad the fabia took corners/bends (even with official lowering springs as well). Obviously its hardly a fair comparison but it's really quiet, composed, a fair bit quicker and sounds so much better than a 4pot turbo etc.

I've always been sceptical about BMW's and 'drivers cars' etc but I think I'm a convert! It's truly awesome!

Me and the wife decide that next year we will end our tradition of buying older cars and will plough a more serious amount of cash into one. We have been looking at the 3 series, A4 and C-class and probably will stick to petrol engines. I can't wait to go and test drive some to see what they're like.

Love the E92 shape BMW's, would love a 335i version of one with the dual exhaust, one each side of the car.

Best looking BMW in years imo
