Hi guys. I have search with no joy and many be a stupid question but I'm breaking a xsara ph1 and was wondering if the sub frame is the same as on my ph3 gti6.

They are the same. The Xsara one will have some clips on to hold pipes down which yours probably won't have. May as well leave em on and make use.

    Out of interest Is the whole front suspension the same as well I.e wishbones, hubs etc?

    Length of balljoints and position of top mounts, afaik they use the 306 non pas BJ on the PAS xsara's, which explains the minor difference in driveshaft lengths.

    so front track is ever so slightly narrower, though the rear is all the same.


    explains why I have nice camber on my ZX, as I have 306 PAS balljoints LOL:

    Hub geometry itself is different also isnt it? Not as much of a concern perhaps if you change both sides.
