When i first start the car and start driving, after about 30 secs it seems to badly missfire for a couple of seconds and then returns to normal. Any ideas?

I also dont get any supercharger whistle till after this to. Happens from cold and hot.

Oh and in 5th/6th gear at low speeds seems very lumpy and miss firey Dunno

Not sure. When rich did the ecu he put the latest version of the map on.

It makes boost but no charger whistle, then bogs down.

Since i did the conversion it does not start very well either. Used to start on the key turn. Now can take upto 30 secs Sad

It will more than likely be a mapping issue.

What engine mods do you have in addition to the SC?

Ported and gas flowed head. Hayward and scott full stainless with decat, billet fly wheel and alloy bottom pulley.

Uses a low boost cooler. The only place that concerns me is the silicone pipe from the charger to the first hard pipe to the cooler. Does suck in alot on idle but i will get a alu bend tig welded in soon.

Rich assures me he put the newer map on. Cant see the head upseting it as it ran fine off the standard ecu along with the other bits.

Thats a very good point. When i took the kit off the other car, i used that lambda as i swapped over the exhaust.
Will change them over and see how i get on. Thumbs up

Mine threw up a lambda fault when that happened. Also was a sign of the sport cat dying.

Yes mate, did it a few weeks back.

Me and a mate bought farmer's old car for some track fun but he had to pull out. So i broke the car and boosted mine Superman

The exhaust is the nut's. Only problem being it was custom made for a track car with no spare wheel cage or heat sheilds so it took some fettling to get it fitting just right LOL

Tyre foam FTMFW Thumbs up

Mine has done this since the day I fitted a lightened flywheel. It's not mapped for it. At full throttle its give and the rolling road graph I have shows this. Mine has 0 codes with pug planet very good compression and new plugs. Still does it.

Mine had the flywheel on a good 6 months to a year before I went charged and particularly cold mornings sometimes it would splutter under light acceleration until it was warm. The problem is now much worse now that its charged but to be honest I live with it as it rarely goes anywhere without being warmed up first nowadays.
