Still doing these peeps.

Original valeo headlights masked in satin black.

High quality sealant used (had one hicup as I tried a different sealant as run out but it stayed wet which was only used on one light and I took.the stuff back)

Can do a quick turn around if needed as I did from a member the other week as he wanted them done for a 2 week tour so did them in a few days.

Can do on exchange but only works out if your local and can swap units etc.

£50 on exchange
£80 posted for a set I supply (usually 1 week for completion)

Thumbs up

the reason the gasket stayed wet is because of the lack of air flow getting to the inside of the lights
it will dry solid eventually,.. and as long as the outer parts of the gasket around the lights dry and seal you have nothing to worry about! the lens will not just drop out nor will moisture get into the light! which is all you need!

once again this is a very hard job to do well which is something a lot of people overlook
and think £80 for a pair is expensive!
when for the Effort and materials put in these are a steal!

Why don't you try sticking them on Ebay/Gumtree for £85 (should cover some of the extra costs) there are more people out there that want Black masks for their 306's
other than this forum besides I've already don't most of the ones on here LOL
and in order for anyone not on this forum want a set have to Pay £5 just to reach you!

I did once think about setting up a Blog outlining the work that goes into making them pictures of various stages in the making of
and contact details to reach me on!
just a few things you could consider to help boost Sales! Smile

I've just made myself another set for my new hdi estate, I forgot what a total bas**rd of a job it is getting them apart then removing all the glue then rubbing down all the chrome etc. sounds easy but it ain't..... Well worth the money and I think in future if I need another set I'll pay someone else for the hassle.

However having done sets in satin black and Matt black I find Matt looks better IMO as the whole light reflects less back off the black and looks darker an meaner because of it. But that's just my opinion.

I can do any colour if cost is covered.

Satin is most popular but yeah I think matt looked cool.
