Bridgecraft engineering. PM allanallan on here, or put a post on the thread that's already running.

What Ap's are they?

I would see if there are any bells/rotors out of the box that you can use and then get about designing some caliper brackets.

Ap Racing have all of the dimensions you will require on their website so maybe choose the bells/rotors from there. What size rotors do you want to go for?

AP do a 295x28mm disc race setup for a 306. They are for 15x7 wheels so will probably go with the TD's you have Yes

They supply the full kit with their 4 pots so you would need to use the tech drawings available online to see if your 6 pots are much bigger in order to see if they can maybe be squeezed under. Will also be worth figuring out if the surface area of the 6 pots is similar to that of the 4 pots in the kit while you are at it Yes

If you can design the kit yourself tehn any good engineer will be able to make you the brackets :-)

No probs :-)

You might want to brace yourself for a rather crazy price from AP though Yes I was looking at purchasing some off the shelf bells, rotors, and caliper brackets and it came in at over 1k for the lot :-( Hence why i was forced to make my own rather unique kit LOL

I would try Hispec again if i was you. I went in there to buy some parts to rebuild mine. Guy behind the counter was genuinely helpful and interested in what he sold. He said they can do me some so i can go from 283 to 300mm discs no problems. In fact, if i remember correctly, they sell semi made brackets on their website. You just choose the offset and then you drill the bolt holes and chop down as necessary.
