    A diesel I think...

    I for some reason thought that some other cars (boxer/partner etc) used a Be3 box like the 6, so might work. I have no idea though Laugh

    yeah, depends which diesel, the turbo's used the bigger planet gears like the gti6, the DW8 used the smaller planet gears, most partner/blingo boxes will be BE4 type, just an evolution of the BE1 - 3 boxes.

    most boxers used ME and ML gearboxes.
