After a Solid Lower engine mount ie solid aluminium like phillipm. has built before, need it for for the track Car? anyone help me out?

I'll let you know tommorow once I've price the tube up for the centre of the bush and the ally, should be around £25-30 for the solid, £30-35 for the semi.
