Just a little question on the evap systems on these, im wondering if the ecu needs an input from the solenoid in order to run correctly. Could it be fooled with a resistor? Im gonna f**k off all of the canister and pipework (including bunging at the T as i want to tidy up the engine bay a little bit. Ive measured the resistance and have a resistor ready im just wondering what other people do/ have done?
