Im on the understanding that you can get a new plug, I have a broken wire right where it joins the plug which is my speaker wire.

Where can you get a new plug or is there a way of repairing the current one?

Drivers side? I may have an inner door loom and plug knocking about actually which you could swap over if it was the same.

most people just ditch that part with the car after being broken,..
and i suspect that will be with the main wiring loom too?,.. may be a case of stripping back the car to get to it po it out remove the pin from the inside and re solider

    all guess work like! Dunno

Yes it is with the main wiring loom but you could cut them back at the plug and lengthen them and put a new plug in

Unfortunately not Dave. The last Ph3 I did had the tweeter covers but the wires had been butchered at some point.

make sure you count the wired pins on you car and make sure the plug/wires your buying has the same or more pins connected
as different models have used different looms for electic extras Wink

but id presume that these would be a different colour?
surly it would just be a case of matching the colour wires?
but if not then painstakingly clipping the wire from one plug and soldering it to the same point on the plug to where the original wire was if you get me? Crazy

just don't get it wrong or your windows will be going up and down to the beat of the music LOL

Never go on colours when matching Peugeot wiring. Go on the numbers printed on them.

As mine is a GTi6 loom it may well be the same, Ed is going to cross reference to be sure.

I am in need of the above. I chopped in a new loom and got the major things working, but now I'm stuck with 9 wires 2 green 3 red 3 light brown and I can't remember the other. I don't know what they bloody do though!

So in short I need to find which ones do the central locking, the electric mirror and the outside thermometer and I think that's it Roll eyes
