Just putting together the Golds to go on the track car and want to check I'm using the right cup that sits between the spring and the top mount. Two came with the setup, one for standard mount and one for Gaz top mounts, I'm using the one on the left in the photo?

Part on the right is a seat to go between main and helper spring

Makes sense. Would you recommend running helper springs? I have some but not fitted them.
