R reg 1998 gti6 engine, comes with ECU, loom, manifolds, all ancillaries, clutch, flywheel, £250

Whats the mileage mate? Much history? thinking is probably quicker to change the engine in the rallye than do the head gasket! would delivery be an option?

If there is no signs its had a head gasket you would be daft not to change it on the above engine before fitting imo, age related failures are the majority on theseYes
It would need a cambelt anywayWink
