I ain't worrying just wondering cos I'm getting some bits delivered from them today and it would have safe sence if they sent it all together.

Are you blind? Its so f**king shiny it makes my carbon bonnet look dull.... Just to rub it in I've had my carbon coil cover from them for months now Thumbs up

Did take a while to turn up though and a bit of chasing but got there in the end.

I emailed them directly a few months ago after seeing the first one on the 205 GTI-6 on Facebook. (Mine may well be the second? no idea) They then replied, I paid them Monnies and some weeks later I had me a shiny carbon coil cover.

You could try the same or join in with the group buy and giving rob some Monnies. Will take a while to get one now though as every f**ker wants one lol

After talking to him he is now making another mold so things hopefully looking up. Even recieved a photo of two moulds with covers in so hoping for two next week? The guy just seems to have a huge workload. Again apologies but its in hand.

From experience they will need to be sat in the mold for at least a week, if not they tend to deform not long after they are removed (even if the resin appears to be set).....

Good things come to those who wait... unless you deal with nur lol

^^^ it shouldn't take that long unless he is cutting down on the amount if catalyst to allow more working time for the layup. Unless the shop he's doing this in is really cold?

Nur showed me a roof skin that was left in the mold for 2 days and not long after it was removed it had deformed???
I agree with you though, curing time of the resin shouldn't take that long if its done in the correct environment
