The fabricator that supplied/fitted mine done it for just shy of £1000, when i was looking the cheapest i could find was £1400 and id then need to have it welded in, that doesnt have the strut top bits but they are available

Richard @ R & R Racing/Fabrication in St Clears, he builds radicals and makes space frame chassis so his work is A1

Rotherham is close enough to Manchester to be deemed a fair trek.

So a five hour journey to Rotherham or a half hour trip to St Clears. As much as I like Phillips work, I can't turn down the fact that it is a lot closer

Do you know him Simon or will he know if I mention you, I'm just wondering if he had a design/template of the cage he did for you. I want exactly that but not sure on the double bars for the doors. How much of a job was it to get the dash to fit back in?

Sorry for the thread hijack by the way!

Had several quotes best I've hit for a full t45 is closer to £2300. Don't think phillipm wanted to do full weld in cages thought it was more 6 point welded cages?

Nah when I spoke to him it was a fully welded one, can pretty much pick whatever you want aswell, he just makes it to what you want. I think he priced at about 1k aswell
