I am pretty sure it is, but is running only one fog light illegal? I've got one removed to feed my induction, so thinking I'll have to get a Rallye blank

front fogs are not testable item.

as mei just said. some testers will try and tell you that any electric equipment fitted must work, although MOT rules have changed...tbh you'll have more grief using them than them passing a test

One less thing I have to buy, also means that I don't have to pull the bumper back off which is nice.
