Need a new radiator on my Rallye and was told to get the bottom hose with it as they're apparently a bastid to get off/on. Need some confirmation before I click the button that empties my bank account.

Rad:

Why is there a few quid difference?

And does this seem right for the bottom hose?

Thanks in advance

The cheap EIS things are just ****. I think the Nissens ones take the later clip type like the thermostat housing clip, always worth getting a brand new pipe as they can get quite rusty

Yes just get a new pipe not worth using old knackered parts. I've got a Nissens rad and it is the later type hose, call Carl, known as Mechanical Repairs on here, he sold me the hose with the rad and it was the right one.

Didn't get any reply from the Mechanical Repairs chap.

Anyone able to confirm the link to the Nissens rad will be ok to fit my rallye? Got stuck in traffic yesterday and got a little (well, a lottle) warm Unsure ... again.

Sooner the better now.
As for the hose, pug dealer? struggling to find a good one on the internet.
