Thankyou yes they look intriguing only 8.1 kg in 17 inch Not so sure on the looks still and they appear to just be multiplied drilled with holes so one fit end fits all. Thanks for the that ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Ever thought the kad stuff just doesnt work because of what it is, not the size of the rotor.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

You could be right. Lets hear you're recommendation Welshpug any other decent brakes other than the Ap's? the reason for the lightweight 17s is to try and lessen unsprung weight as i realise its importance.________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Buy smaller wheels if you want to reduce unsprung weight, not bigger ones. Also just because there are 6 pistons in the callipers, doesn't make them better. If you're finding you need to go up to 17" to put larger rotors under the 6 pots my suggestion would be to see if you can sell them and put the money towards a 4 piston calliper that fits better and then maybe go up to a 16" wheel as well. Aside from the unsprung mass, 17" wheels will require a much lower profile tyre and that will cost you noticeably more traction. ________________________________________ Ph1 306 GTi 6 | RX8 231 S1 | YBR 125 Cafe Racer | MT-03 660 |

As i said 24seven only going to 17s for rotor size. And the thread for lightweight is trying to get some 17 inch wheels that aren't to much heavier than the 15s already have. ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Bigger wheels means higher centre of gravity, car goes higher up, you could lower car to suit but you can only go so far before the arms hits the bump stops or arches etc.________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. My point is if you had 15's on with the same lowering amount it will give the car a lower centre of gravity thus better handling etc than with 17's.At a guess the same goes with having a car really really low is much the same as having too bigger brakes imo. 4pot brakes are more than enough and this means you will have a much bigger choice of lightweight alloys to choose from which means you can be picky on the style you want as well without having to pay too much for them, bigger wheels tend to go for more money. ________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. No idea However, I would ask what pads you're running in the calipers, you should be able to lock up with ease unless something is wrong or your caliper is designed for a much larger disc? ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments.
