Morning Guys

I have fitted a compbrake quick shift to my gti, i now cant find second or reverse gear.

I have Baker BM adjustable linkages on it, do i need to adjust these?

Adjust the linkages to standard length.
That helps alot

260.5mm for the long one and 106 for the shortens according to servicebox

Is that measurement to the end of the linkages?

Just compare them to the linkages you removed is normally the best bet. I assume since your asking on here, that they have gone in the bin?

haha yeah they went in the bin, and it all worked fine until i added the quickshift then the gears went walkies!!

got same sort of problem. linkages were fine at first before clutch got done n looked down the nuts have been wound back so they were adjusted by mistake by my garage w**kers. gears are a bit weird but can find any gear.

so adjust them to standard or is there a better measurement to go by for a nicer shift?
