Do these seem to cheap to be true, surely you can't buy rear discs for £20 a set and pads for £25 a set?

Well they are meant to be Brembos and the front ones are £77 which is about what the front usually cost for Brembos. I was just wondering whether there are different versions of the Brembo standard disc if that makes any sense

can get pads far cheaper, but worth paying for a decent brand, I got o.e from neat auto's for about £30 iirc.

not a bad price at all for the discs, on a par with cheapo crap from most motorfactors.

That's what I was thinking, I know I paid more for the s**t ones from GSF last time I changed the rears. I'll take a punt at these then, since they are so cheap there's no harm in trying them

With the amount of stuff I've got in my garage waiting to go on, what's £1.50. It's the GTi6 way, buy loads of stuff and then don't fit it
