Standard OEM dampers were replaced by pugheaven's gas one.

The car is waiting her new water cooler.I already have ordered Dturbo phase 2 radiator and diffuser, he is 5.5 cm bigger than the GTI6 one.

Because of 106/Saxo pump is not enough strong and Air Con. It is impossible to have not electric pump.

I have litle problem with the middle range.The car won't start under 4 000 RPM but after that is burning his tyres. I bought R888 and C5 wheels but didn't fit with my 15 mm spacers because of Brembos. I have to order 25 mm spacers.








For the moment the car is mapped by me and make stable midle 15th with a lot of burnout.

I am going to replace my FD 19x77 (4.06) with the shortest possible for 6 speed BE gearbox 19 x 79 (4.15). I am wonder if will be better to replace curent first gear 2.92 with 3.45?

you really dont want a 1st shorter than 2.92, its not a diesel van!

where did you find the 4.15 for the 6 speed? std is 3.95 or 4.06.

They are not,but 79 tooth wheel will fit 6speed gearbox.Both GTI6 77 tooth and XU5 79 tooth wheel work with the same second line 19 tooth wheel.

Yes,you are correct. The bottmo of the GTI6 pinion is stamp 19x77, so I've changed the bearings only.
