Just remove it and/or buy a 2nd one for next to nothing and then get that perfect and swap over when you're ready.

You'll get a crap finish with in placed and you'll struggle to do all the edges and won't do behind bits of trim etc. plus you'll be working upside down.Just remove it and/or buy a 2nd one for next to nothing and then get that perfect and swap over when you're ready. ________________________________________ 61k miles Ph.1 Diablo '6 Project Thread |

Ok. So I wanna get this sorted. What's the consensus? Will my halfords gloss onyx black I've been doing bodywork with work ok? That'd be nice as I've got loads hanging around. I'm not bothered what it "feels" like it just needs to look black. Or should I invest in sum of the auto glym fabric dye that was recommended by a previous poster? ________________________________________ CLUB BLACK RALLYE||B8s||60-70mm drop||Black Partner Steels||P1 VTS Rack||Refurbed Beam||Hybrid ARB||VTS Torsion Bar|| |

I recently did mine with halfords Matt black and its turned out fine.A little crispy to touch but who strokes the headlining anyways. Sprayed the light surrounds silver to match the dash and gloss blacked the handles. Not done the Sunvisors yet though. Not sure what to use on them. ________________________________________ ***Breaking*** Ph3 Silver GTI 6 High Boost |

I covered my headlining in suede. It's easy to do and looks 10x better than painting it. Ben, I painted my sun visors with normal halfords paint but when it got hot, the paint went tacky and stuck to the roof lining. In the end I got a set flocked black. |
