Air filter removed and replaced with wire gauze.

Its not there now though Sad hes edited that right out.

I think the engine was probably strong only prior to you deciding Peugeot were wrong when giving the engine a air filter.
Silly bas**rds eh?

Up for auction is my Sky blue Xsara VTS. For those that don't know, the Xsara VTS is a 306 GTI-6 in a much nicer shell and with the much stronger 5 speed box, it has the wider rear beam and passive rear steering and handles amazingly well. It also has a 421 manifold as standard and the aluminium inlet manifold so sounds amazing at full chat! Power is in the region of 170BHP and 0-60 comes up at around 7 seconds.

This whole paragraph made me laugh
Sky blue - gaystone
Nicer shell - you must be the only person in the world/universe to think this
Stronger 5 speed box - better ratio maybe, stronger? Maybe miles can confirm this
Wider rear beam - it's the same bar the torsion bars
Passive rear steer - the same as all other 306s
421 manifold - you surely mean the 4-1 manifold?

And the thing with the gauze???? Laugh my ass off

You sir either live for the 6 or have a mental retardation to still be repairing this!

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.
