Nope!
Don't even think mei would pay that much!
I know he loves them but £2750 for one is a joke, surely the 2 was added by accident?

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.

I really quite like them, but no, I wouldn't pay more than £2k for one. £1500 maybe. They are to the 306 much the same as the 309 is to the 205. No less a great car, in some ways better, but no-one cares about them because they're not as pretty.

It wasn't free. He paid me to collect the sack of s**t Wink
Tbh I really like these. Mei's drove much more like a 205 than my rallye did.

Quicker steering, stiffer springs and the ability to spell all helped.
Weighed a fair bit less than my rallye Wink

As aboveThumbs up

If the Gti6/Rallye was as rare as that ZX what would people say that was worth?Dunno

It’s 2375?? or offers and who’s to say I what I would accept. Anyway, its supply and demand. I only need to find one person who wants an as new zx 16v and he will have to buy mine as there is not another in this country. How is it a joke? I’m not delusional, I gave one away and sold another last year for £400. I know what an average 16v is worth.

Yes I gave it away

Have had a few of these comments, someone even said his was rubbish because his passenger seat was held by a hairbrush.

If you paid £400 for one in all fairness it was probably an old nail, like 80% of the 20 or so left are. “There is a not so bad looking GTI6 in a scrappy up here in Scotland (True). In my opinion all your Gti’s are scrap value only” - Does that make sense? No I don’t think so.

What I am selling is a box fresh 20 year old car. Which also happens to be very rare. If there were only 20 gti6’s left and one popped up like my ZX it will be 5x more expensive at least. Is a gti6 five times better than a zx 16v? No.

Not sure anything has happened to it yet. It was in a friend's drive in gloucester for a bit.
