meoldchina wrote: Good job with the wheels! Can't you get 2mm spacers? Can you get Wilwood 4 pots under them? I have been thinking about spacers as the bells on the 330 set up look a few mm thinner than std disc's so i might be able to run a small spacer. I have not investigated this yet but if ash happens to read this, could you let me know if they are any thinner as its one of you're kits. ________________________________________ ***Breaking*** Ph3 Silver GTI 6 High Boost |

I am now excited to get mine to the powder coaters but at the sme time i am worried concerning break clearance Although your setup is the 330 mm one, mine will be 302 mm. Are there any issues with the 205 tyres rubbing on the inner arches??? Lovely car too mate No problem with clearance at all. My front is lowered on b8's and eibach's but the rear is still 60mm low ( done by previous owner ) as i have not got round to getting a re furbed beam yet. Oh and its got camber to as the bearings are on there way out. ________________________________________ ***Breaking*** Ph3 Silver GTI 6 High Boost |

Bad news I'm afraid, the bells on the 330mm kit are 2mm thicker than standard discs. They are indeed 8mm instead of the usual 6mm.To combat this, I machined my spacers down by 2mm on the fronts so as to not affect the track. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |
