Hello People,

I'm putting up for sale my much under used Peugeot Planet Diagnostic System loaded onto a Dell Laptop.

I'm looking for £200 including delivery.

It has all the leads to deal with Peugeot Vehicles supported by the Peugeot Planet software; including the larger brown connector as well as the twin pin connector used on the early models.

Unfortunately, the laptop doesn't come with a recovery disc or a Peugeot Planet disc.

There aren't any personal files on it.

Here are some photos and spec info:

The laptop also comes with Apache Office; essentially like Microsoft office, but I got it free off the net.

I'm also throwing in a copy of the 2004 AutoData.

Furthermore, the laptop obviously comes with a charger; battery is half decent, it holds around 45 mins - 1 hr of charge, and I'm also packing the lot of in a nice Dell Bag!

Bank Transfer Preferred. Get in contact if you're interested!

Cheers,

Thanks Niall.

I bought the kit from a reputable dealer in the UK. As far as I can tell, it's genuine.

It does if you download the software. The cable is the important bit

As Craig says, it's just a case of uploading the Citroen software.

That said, on the older models; I think pre COM2000, you can select the equivalent Peugeot model and plug in the read faults and parameters. I remember doing this with a Xsara once. But I wouldn't take this as gospel because I only did it once.

Furthermore, the last time I checked it's a lot easier getting hold of Citroen software than Peugeot.

You can do it also on COM2000 models. Sometimes I have to switch between the two software, as some commands are only accepted as a Citroen or as a Peugeot - like the error code clearing history can't be deleted as a 407 Peugeot, but if you connect it as a Citroen C4 you can do it Thumbs up

The software can be updated up to V24.99. There is no newer Peugeot Planet 2000 software. To get the latest update you need to install Diagbox - clone versions only go up to v5.29

If this is a genuine unit it worth loads, as clones need hardware modifications to be carried out to go above 5.29.

Running a simple software called "PSA Interface Checker" can reveal if it's genuine or not!

For this system on a laptop, this is an amazing deal.

I love my PP2000 kit.
