Thanks, yes its a P reg phase 1. Im stripping the interior but am unsure if its possible to remove them. I still need to type in the code before starting for the immobiliser so will disconnecting this affect that? Will I have to relocate those earths aswell? |

Controls the alarm and the central locking. Remove it and your CL will stop working. Also pretty sure it controls the immobiliser so remove it and the car wont start. Could be wrong though. Never really worked on a ph1 so not sure if they have a separate immobiliser ecu |

Type in your code into the keypad and disconnect it, will stay unlocked till you reconnect the keypad again.Carl ________________________________________ C.G.Cars of Leicester, Peugeot/Citroen/Renault specialist Tel: 01162 624498/07799 405184 WWW.CGCARSLEICESTER.CO.UK36 narborough road south, Leicester LE3 2fn MOT station now open, tests £35 with a free retest. Carl If you take this approach ensure you inform your insurer that you know have no immobiliser... ________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |
