I have 1 complete phase 1 dash centre that has been wrapped in 3M carbon film, this was done as a practice dash and therefore not 100% perfect but i'm sure someone would put it use 
Headunit fitted to show what it looks like with a unit fitted and behind there isnt too good but all hidden with a stereo
