This has annoyed me for years when you log off you aren't instantly removed from online list ~5 minute lag. However after randomally clicking I noticed that you can still show as online in the list of online but when you click on the user it say's they are offline.

Random member to highlight.




Can this be rectified or do we just live with it?

I agree. Should really be classed as users active within the last 5 minutes.

    System is flawed as I was offline but showing as online on profile.



    Stan you need to get on this and escalate it up the chain. Don't let Welly beat you to it and get the glory.

    Nope if you try and close deals, poach peoples sales it's annoying when they don't reply as they have gone offline but still seem online. I have got a few Feedback threads to start that could be classed as "someones been getting bored!!" Wink but this wasn't one.
