Well they're still working on it. I only gave the go-ahead yesterday so hopefully it will be ready by tomorrow. He rang this evening saying there are a couple of parts that he could use that are pattern but I just said stick to Volvo bits. Rear wheel bearing can't be replaced, only the full hub assembly (which I knew anyway) @ £174 or something like that. I doubt the final bill will be any more (here's hoping).

Just got it back, the final bill was as I said in the 1st post. I feel well and truly skint now Sad

On the plus side, the car drives awesome, really smooth and quiet except for the growl from the engine.
