It will probably be fouled and wet as it hasn't been firing properly/at all.________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

One of the coils is iffy Next time it does it pull over while its miss firing and start disconnecting the injectors one at a time till you unclip one and it makes no difference = that coil is th problem |

rob_humphrey wrote: okay mate but it only missfires when revving it Rev it by hand on the throttle body while disconnecting the injectors one at a time. If you unplug one and it makes no difference then change that coil ? All the others will make the car run really badly when disconnected It's a process of elimination to find the dodgy coil |

yeah sounds beefy as you like so just to check can i go out tomorrow morning and unplug those coils one by one to see the difference or does it have to be just after it misfires?________________________________________ Team MoonstoneTeam Working Aircon |

Whilst it is misfiring would be a good idea, but yes as soon as you notice it, pull over and unplug the injectors one at a time until you find that you unplug one and there is no difference to the running of the engine. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

If all the plugs are the same when its misfiring then maybe the injector isnt putting any fuel in? Just a thought. Make sure all the injectors and pluged in correctly________________________________________ cherry p1.....SOLD (regreting this)blaze p2.....why did i buy this SOLD Black p3 |
