Well all in with all of the bits the air con is the part that makes the rallye lighter than a p3 by a bit.
The AC pump weighs about 11kg of the 52ishkg alone. with the rest of the system removed you are looking at about 25kg
The PH1 is also missing a few of the other thinhs the Rallye is
No Passenger airbag
No seat airbags
We are easily looking a 40kg there less than the p2/p3
Its easy to see how the shell could be 20kg or so lighter on top.

Almost all the exterior panels are completely different.
As well as all the bumpers....

Yeah It would be very very hard to get un altered examples of each and also to make sure they had the same amount od fuel etc
