Modified loom, filter so they don't suck crap up, tps, after market management would be good to.

    Good point. Didn't mention it, thought that would obvious. Ain't the cheapest thing to have either.

    Agreed. Half decent ECU, loom and mapping your looking at a grand.

    Great thanks for the help guys! Am i right in thinking you cant map the stanndard ecu then?

    Yeah you can.but you may aswell go aftermarket as they run better/Moe effectively.

    You will benefit much more from an aftermarket ecu.

    Standard ecu needs to see map sensor aswell. Not sure if there is any way around that? Dunno

    You could make a sealed airbox for them, But iffy inlet and joiners as normal so you'll have endless problems with them, If done with a decent inlet manifold then they can be good but it's another £200 odd on top of that price

    There is a way around it, but cant remember what the method is called. Sandy was explaining it to me when I was going down the TB route.
