Hello. What is the difference between the 18 mm , and 16 mm hubs?

one has an 18mm hole at the bottom and one has a 16mm hole at the bottom.. LOL so your balljoint on the earlier ones is 16mm, and 18mm on the later ones

    So 2000 model s 16 have 18 mm holes...thanks guys..Smile

    Im pretty sure they changed from 16mm to 18mm between late 1998-early 1999 not that this helps

    or peugeot 206 front hubs fit for 306 s 16? on any other peugeot car still fit front hubs to 306 s 16 , 2000 year model ?

    Didnt really understand that but what i think you said is....do 206 hubs fit 306 hubs? The answer is no because the distance between the strut and drive flange is different

    Judging by the model of car in the OP's profile, I would say he's not based in the UK. Therefore it might be easier to source 206 hubs instead of 306 hubs where he lives. I don't know this, it's just a guess.

    But you're right, 206 hubs will not fit. Thumbs up

    partner, berlingo, xsara, do get a pair as the geometry varies (damper to drive flange angle)
    Xsara picasso.

    iirc a 206 hub will actually fit, however I would not guarantee the geometry being the same.
