I almost had to ban him off 'FredWestsLandscapingForum.com' the other day cus he was trying to rival Freds business with his own called 'Kiss my Grass'. Fred said his company would be 6ft under in days so told me not to ban him. |

arigti6 wrote: well some of us have things to do unlike you Admin who just seem to Ban people? Ok... Not really a very fair statement. Firstly in the 8 months or so that I've been active in the role, I think I've temporarily banned 3 people. Hardly a daily occurance is it? Secondly, I *really* don't like banning members. I see it as an absolute last resort once all other avenues of co-operation have been exhausted. I think I can speak on behalf of the whole team when I say none of us seek any enjoyment from placing people on a ban, whether it be on a temporary or permanent basis. We are here to moderate and ensure the forum continues to keep running as smoothly as possible without issues, that is all. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

I wasn't sure whether or not it was meant tongue in cheek, but I thought I would publically clarify the situation for anyone that felt handing out bans was something we did randomly without thought. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Well i think you should ban more people! I know I would, even if they didnt do anything wrong. It would be a warning to all and a reminder of who's the bauss! |

That's exactly it though James, it's not about who is "boss" it's about achieving a common goal of keeping the forum running as smoothly as possible in the best way we see fit using the tools which are available to us.________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Welshpug sent Stan a message saying his penis was 0.1mm smaller than it was. Stan blew his top and banned Welshpug permanently |

No, I think he was banned because of his small penis, Stan hates competition. ________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies. I believe they had a willy joust but it was a stalemate due to inadequate weapon size, so an argument broke loose and Welshpug got banned. |
