Been after one for a while now just to see what there all about but i keep bloody missing them! Im considering just going straight to spooxs and getting one but before i shell out £175 for one, what i want to know is is it really worth it? Do they make a big difference to handling? Any cons to the set up? |

No cons at all really, and they reduce body roll as much as is possible without having to machine out the trailing arms. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

What is the advantage of being 30mm at one end and 29mm(?) at the other? Why not just stick to a 30mm arb? Would that not be stiffer?? ________________________________________ Team: Moonstone GTI-6™Team: ian7675 wrote: Remember....a 6 isn't just a car, it's a part time job ![]() |

The bores of the trailing arm shafts need to be opened up to accept a 30mm arb, the hybrid will fit without any mods.![]() ________________________________________ Get used to seeing the yellow one !!!![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Team 330™ ![]() Team "no front end or engine" Team "LIMITED EDITION" I live for the 306 sticker ![]() Team 0-60 in 6.44 & standing qtr in 14.808 @ 94.55mph all with std engine ![]() 203bhp Corolla T-Sport daily driver stealthier than Kwai Chang Caine |

Yeah basically the design of the rear beam allows it to be thicker at one end, so you could have it thin all the way but get more roll, or thick all the way but have to drill out the trailing arm to get it in. The whole point of the hybrid ARB is to allow the thickest bar possible at all points, without needing to alter the car in any way.________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

I've got a brand new Hybrid ARB, that I bought off Ash in one of the group buys.It has never been fitted, still has the protective foam on which Ash used when he sent it. Let me know if you're interested. |

They used to be made by Ash, but he doesn't make them anymore I don't believe. He used to sell them through Spoox, so if they don't have any I'd have thought you're out of luck. Just keep an eye on the for sale section, that's pretty much the only hope these days I suspect. Try dropping him a PM if he's still a member. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

I'd just use a smaller one and get bigger torsion bars, or if you must use a larger arb, just rebuild the beam and you'll have larger i.d shafts anyway then.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

too big I think, especially as you already have 23.5mm bars! you need proper man dampers!________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

No I meant I have the larger shafts, so I can fit the 30mm arb rather than a hybrid! ________________________________________ 205 GTi Red - G939 RTU - Died!306 GTi 6 Diablo - Being resurrected! Project Thread Looking for: VTS P1 Rack PR1.2 16" |
