when i turn my heater to 'off' position it still blows very slowly, what causes this? seen a few that do this but somethat don't

Its because of this my battery went flat  didnt have this on the p1________________________________________ cherry p1.....SOLD (regreting this)blaze p2.....why did i buy this SOLD Black p3 |
