They are Riegers, that's cheap for them tbh!

They've gone up with a right bang in the last few years.

Ahh yep, plus the AB tax as well.

Ab regard them higher than proflex, they are indeed found on wrc fords.

They went up 100 quid just in the last few weeks. Possibly due to the exchange rate fluctuating a bit. The Proflex tears are £690 plus vat each from Proflex themselves. None of it is cheap! Although I was happy with my new pair of rear Proflex for 600 quid the pair!

The Penskes on the back of my btcc 306! Came in at a nice round £1500 for the pair Shock Can't actually believe I paid that, nevermind, at least there not 80's disco purple like the Reigers!

Pete - Do you actually notice a huge step up in performance with these? I would hope so for that price. Yes

With higher spring rates and bumpy tracks you certainly would, and for rally cars on any surface, its one way to get around the massive shortcomings of the design where regs dont allow an upright turrett (where a much simpler damper design can cope much easier)

Its not necessarily about a massive step up in performance unfortunately. I'd love it if I was instantly 5 seconds quicker around Oulton with them, but I'm not! LOL Its more about chasing 10th's, been able to precisely dial in the car to a particular circuit, and to suit you're driving style. If you're going to set everything to 'somewhere in the middle' and leave them at that, you may as well buy a set of grp a pugsport shocks or similar and learn how they drive and adapt you're driving to get the most out of them.

I dare say, a well set up car with £10k's worth of Penskes on it, compared to the same car with KW V2's on it, may be only a few seconds faster around a circuit, but those few seconds, over a 30 minute/15 lap race race are the difference between 1st and 10th!

In all honesty, if I wasn't putting them on a btcc car I would never have spent £1500 on two rear shocks, but it was as much a case of 'what does the car deserve', as much as 'I feel the need for 3 way shocks'!

Are they 2-way or 3-way adjustable?

Three way, 2 adjusters on the canister and one adjuster on the shock.
