What direction do you measure the drop in lowering springs. Is it from the ground up or from the car go down. In other words is 35mm lower than 60mm.

35mm lowering springs lower by approx 35mm. 60mm springs aim to lower 60mm.

    Lowering springs range from anything going up 5mm from 25mm-80mm. Well thats all ive seen

    Eibachs are progressively wound so aren't a bad choice.
