Ok, the torsion bars at the back are 20mm as standard (Someone WILL correct me if I'm wrong) going to a thicker 21mm bar effectively stiffens up the rear by 25% (Again, someone WILL be on to correct my aproximations)

this all depends on how 'tired' your TB's are of course....

PM sent seb. Thanks for the advice chaps much appreciated.

thinking that 21mm bar is the way forward as the backend defo seems a bit wavvy.

by going lower how much comfort will i be giving away? i'm gona be stcking 16s on but still worried about the ride being extremley harsh.

up until recently i was running on 17s at standard height and the ride quality wasnt great so curious to know what everyone else has experienced?

lowering it 30mm will compromise the some of the ride comfort but by no means will it be overly harsh

a few months back i had my 306 lowered 60mm on koni adjustables and it was horrible, it annoyed me so much

i put O/E dampers and springs back on, i'm currently looking at getting the B12 package combined with

21mm TB's

vts torsion bars

Afternoon Chaps

Thats a lovely example of how i would like to have my 306 sitting.

I was on the lookout for a set of uprated torsion bars and arb etc - but just cant afford it at the minute with buying a new hoose.

Thinking of just getting the eibachs fitted and having the rear lowered to match for the minute.

Is it a big job (expensive) to to have the uprated bits added at a later date ie . TB's ARB Solid Rear Mounts?

Don't bother, save up and do it once, or else you will end up springing for two lots of labour.
