Basically i stripped a ph3 car last week, removed the engine and box complete with all ancillaries, we have removed the head and had it skimmed and rebuilt it back together with all new parts, basically we done this as a precaution as we all know these are starting to show headgasket failures.

I will sell this as is complete with the box and everything for £500 or as the engine only for £450

Dont forget its built ready to fit to the car, all new timing belt kit and water pump, new head bolts, head gasket, valves seats and valves re cut, will also come with a small warranty.

A picture with the head removed, you can see very little bore wear and the head gasket was fine, pictures were taken as the head was removed so it all its glory-

What's the millage? Has it been run atall since the rebuild? That's a bloody good price Smile

Let's hope the bottom pulley was ok when timing it up ?

Doesn't come with an ecu but I may be able to find one for you for £65

Mileage was 105k, engine has not been ran since the rebuild to the head.

Would be looking for £350 to fit, that would include all fluids etc, gear oil, engine oil and filter, coolant, power steering fluid etc.
