The cross would be a lot stiffer if not.

now on to paint work
car to be painted gloss black inside and engine bay
outside to be painted new Focus RS white satin black wheels etc












now some white panels





white shell




build up of the shell will be this week some point then alot of re-wiring and adapting of the dash etc to get the inside pretty complete before it gets moved through to the other workshop for the engine work and mechanical work to commence Big grin

prices vary from job to job , wee dont have a set price but due to the extent of the strip down rebuild etc can be very costly

Quite like the smoothed tailgate too.

just waiting on some parts coming in and a spare ramp and work will continue with the 306

but had a wee space in the bodyshop so thought we would feshing up the 205 as well LOL

on the 205 i the turbo supported or just hung off the manifold???

yes there is a support bracket mate , cant expect a manifold to hold a turbo that size on it own haha

a fault most people make is no support and wonder why manifolds crack more so as they are under extreme heat 90% of the time

Hence the question. is it using a dp manifold? And if so does it have a dragons tooth in the collector?
