Cheers for that i understand that he is very busy but phone calls usually means more work therefor more money. well so much for my rant,istill need an unlocked ecu for an s16 so please please somebody help otherwise it's the great car park in the sky Crazy

I would have thought S16 ECUs are harder to come by these days to be honest...

just to let all interested parties know, got my ecu unlocked by carl (great job ) but car still wont start then checked the big relay behind the ecu, checked what it covered & it covers every thing that doesn't work,so am trying to get hold of one. some ads say it's a bitron 240107,others say an omrod 240109,Confusedjust to let all interested parties know, got my ecu unlocked by (great job ) but car still wont start then checked the big relay behind the ecu, checked what it covered

So, you're after the fuel pump relay which sits behind the ECU box then? (Black and red in colour)

I used to keep spares of most things mate, but these days since I put the car into hibernation I haven't really got a great deal left over in "spares". Sorry chap.Wink

sorry boys been on hols so couldn't reply:-to carl,will do mate,just tried one i got off e-bay thought it looked a bit grotty,and guess what ,no pump prime,no injectors, no spark.You know what i'm running out off ideas and cash,Angry

Crank sensor being knackered will certainly cause no spark, however it won't stop the pump from priming. No

o be honest stan i've just about given up it's ashame cos the car itself is in very good condition, but i just can't find out why it wont start, unlocked ecu ect,. hasn't done a thing.Angry
