Did one on a saxo before. Lots of WD40 and a wire brush round the brake unions. Be prepared to make new lines up if need be and use a proper brake union spanner. Other than that tis quite simple. ________________________________________ 1997 Black GTi6smithers205 at hotmail.com |

Unfortunately the actual metal shaft within the spring on mine has completely snapped in half! Thanks for the diagram though. Also, just so others on the forum are warned, I called Peugeot and they no longer supply this part anymore! |

Also, just so others on the forum are warned, I called Peugeot and they no longer supply this part anymore! Having spoken to my parts guy in Peugeot. He says the press regulator is still available, and comes with rod and spring. But as rikky says, try a motor factors, as I would imagine it would be cheaper ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. You'll struggle to get a new rod and spring without buying the regulator. A scrappy may have one. At the very least they are fitted to 306s and xsaras. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |
