Does anybody know the thickness of the mounting point on the rear discs, as in the distance made up between the hub and wheel? Also the fronts on standard discs?
I want to see if the discs ive been running for the last year has altereted the track/width of the cars wheelbase at all?
Thanks andy

It should be 6mm, give or take.

Brembo's standard discs for the '6 are 6.2mm on the front and 6.3mm on the rear.

Andy, the big brake kits usually come with an 8mm thick bell, thus making the front track 4mm wider (2mm each side). Wink

I've not measured them yet I was more wondering if my others was different.
Would I now benefit from my rear spacers been wider to suit the extra 4mm at the front?

When I fitted mine I had my front spacers turned down by 2mm on a lathe so the track was unaffected. I have had no issues at all by doing this. Smile

So if I wasn't to turn my front spacers down by 2mm each and left them.
What effects would having a 4mm wider track at the front have handling wise eg.
Andy

Unless you've just come back from overtaking Alonso at Silverstone, it'll be fine.
