No worries, thanks for flagging it. Fixing the FAQ section is on my list of stuff to do...I sorted Nev's ultrasonics FAQ the other day (and even updated the price of the parts ), and noticed the thread in General this morning about the phase differences FAQ.As I say, let me know if you find any others that need looking at and I'll get on it... ________________________________________ Rich |

Rich E wrote: As I say, let me know if you find any others that need looking at and I'll get on it... Is this bust as it's not really FAQ worthy at the moment. ________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |

Yeah, that's bust. Not sure it's worth fixing though, as it was LHD specific and the author's photobucket account no longer exists so the photos are lost anyway. I think we'll have to start a list of ones that need re-writing / updating. ________________________________________ Rich |

Good shout Rich, I'm happy to rewrite some FAQs to get the section more complete again. ![]() ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

True. If I'd have noticed previously I'd have done a new one when I removed one the other week.Don't think it really needs pictures as a description of the process should suffice. 1. Remove wiper covers off wiper arms where they protrude through the scuttle panel 2. Remove nuts holding wiper arms on. 3. Remove wiper arms, these need a little wiggle/gentle persuasion. 4. Remove both scuttle panels (trim underneath arms) these are held in by 3 torx screws one on left hand side, two on right hand side. 5. Undo nuts on the triangle piece of metal bridging across the arm mechanism. This can be loosened so it flips up rather the remove completely. Front bolt obviously needs removing. 6. Disconnect connector for wiper motor. 7. Undo the bolts holding the wiper motor in place. 8. Lift out and replace. 9. Work backwards from 7 to 1. ________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |

Cosmic Spanner has removed the widget from this Build Code & Date of Production FAQ so is now pretty pointless. Good job the date to do the calculation hasn't been lost...________________________________________ Black X Reg PIII.VGTi 6 A4212 pt 1 A4212 pt 2 Searching the streets of Bristol for 1.36p/day.Joint Kent Leader |
