i have a ph1 no a/c and trying to fit a 6pk1160 belt TO LONG!!. I have 4 pulleys? (PAS pump, crank, tensioner and alternator) the tensioner is manual at the top behind pas pump, all pictures i have found seem to show one at the bottom aswell? between crank and alternator below tensioner do i need this or can i just mis this out and put a shorter belt on. Car was originally throwing belts then i discovered i had no spacers on pas pump so was out so now have spare one lol.________________________________________ Diablo Phase 1 NOW DEADAlfa 156 2.0 JTS |

1163mm is the correct length of the belt you need for that setup. I believe you should only have 4 pulleys for it to travel round... ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Well done for pointing out the obvious Stan I think that picture is still of more use than telling the guy he should only have 4 pullies when clearly he should have 5... ________________________________________ Ryan |

Yes, that picture is extremely helpful, well done for posting it up. I obviously made a mistake when I was trying to picture the setup in my head, again a simple mistake no need to cause an issue. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Well perhaps if it wasn't aimed at me, didn't have the ... you seem to post after everything and in general didn't post a lot of comments stating the obvious, I wouldn't of said anything. Nothing in my post was offensive so you can save the lecture on the attitude thanks. ________________________________________ Ryan |

The tensioner has 2 bolts the bottom one it pivots on and the top one is the locking one. The idle pulley just has 2 bolts one top and one bottom these are lots of fun as hard to get at but all are 13mm, remove wheel and inned trim to get at bottom bolt, have fun________________________________________ Diablo Phase 1 NOW DEADAlfa 156 2.0 JTS |
